Bartender at Cape May Irish pub was harassed because he's black, lawsuit claims

CAPE MAY — A former employee of a Cape May Irish pub is suing his employers and claiming that he was fired after he complained about racial discrimination and harassment that he suffered. 

Justin Coleman, a black man from Philadelphia, started working at Delaney’s Irish Pub and Grill as a bartender in July of 2015. According to the lawsuit filed in U.S. District County on April 14, Coleman says he was subjected to a hostile work environment and was discriminated against and harassed due to his race.
