COLLINGSWOOD — A borough mother is crediting school nurse Patti Butler with saving her son’s life.
Nicole Defeo Campbell told The Courier-Post that she thought her son, Nathan, was fighting a cold when he started kindergarten at Zane North Elementary School in Collingswood last September.
Butler told the newspaper that his coloring was off and she immediately called Defeo Campbell and asked her to take him to a doctor.
