Man indicted in assault on emergency service workers, prosecutor says

FLEMINGTON – Kevin P. Flanagan, 49, of Phillipsburg, has been indicted on two counts of aggravated assault after he fought with two people in the emergency room of Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced on Monday.

He was indicted on the two counts of fourth-degree aggravated assault by a Hunterdon County grand jury on March 9.
