NJ Weedman appeals decision to leave him in the joint

TRENTON – An attorney for Ed “NJ Weedman” Forchion, who is currently jailed on witness tampering charges, claims the marijuana activist is being held unjustly as a form of “punishment,” according to a recently-filed court brief.

Forchion’s attorney, John Vincent, filed the brief Friday to appeal a ruling by Superior Court Judge Anthony Massi that is keeping Forchion detained pending the outcome of the witness tampering case.
