CAMDEN — Three South Jersey companies are proposing an 18-story, $245-million office building for the rapidly-changing waterfront in Camden.
Camden Tower, as they’re calling it, would house the offices for the three companies, bringing 869 jobs to the city. The partners in the project are Conner Strong & Buckelew, NFI and The Michaels Organization.
Conner Strong & Buckelew, an insurance brokerage headed by South Jersey businessman and Democratic powerbroker George E. Norcross III, announced Friday that the group of businesses had filed an application proposing the project to the state under the Grow NJ Program.
