Court postponed for pharmacist accused of tampering with morphine

MAYS LANDING — A status conference for a pharmacist accused of tampering with medicine was postponed for a couple weeks so that attorneys have time to go over the investigation.

The hospital that he worked at released letters to 213 patients, warning them of possible exposure to HIV and hepatitis.

Frederick P. McLeish, 53, of Egg Harbor Township, was charged with drug tampering, theft by unlawful taking and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
