Former Bloomfield doctor loses appeal of conviction for sexual contact with patient

Former Bloomfield doctor Raymond Russomanno, pictured in a 2007 photo, has lost an appeal of his conviction for criminal sexual contact charges involving a female patient. 

BLOOMFIELD — A state appeals court on Tuesday upheld the conviction of a former Bloomfield doctor for inappropriately touching a female patient who worked with authorities to secretly record a visit at his office.
