WILLIAMSTOWN — Singing, dancing, acting, a stage mother and a burlesque club are all common things one will see when they go to see “Gyspy.”
The Tony Award-winning musical, based on true memoirs of Gypsy Rose Lee, will be at the Grand Theatre in Williamstown this weekend.
“’Gypsy’ is about a famous stripper back in the ’40s and her very overbearing stage mother,” said John Blackwell, director of the musical.
