Pennsville man found not guilty on 2 out of 3 animal cruelty charges

Scott D. Bertles of Pennsville was found not guilty on two of three charges stemming from a stabbing of his neighbors dog back in May 2013. Bertles was in Pennsville Municipal Court presenting his case, Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013. Bertles explains how the dog had his dog in his mouth during the attack. The injured dog was euthanized.
