New Providence schools make changes for upcoming academic year

NEW PROVIDENCE — When school starts in September, most of the changes in the New Providence School District will be “subtle,” said Superintendent David Miceli.

There were no big construction projects this summer but there were minor renovations to classrooms at all the schools. At the high school, workers completed the final stage of the Lieder Field project, which began in 2007, by renovating the bleachers to make them more accessible.
